Consumer Care sits with our quality function, separately from general company enquiries. Product concerns are logged, categorised and reviewed.

What to keep

Hold on to the pack and anything left inside it until we have been in touch. The batch or lot number on the pack is what lets us trace it.

Your report is categorised and reviewed by the quality function, and findings feed back into product requirements and packing guidance.

Trade, supply and general company enquiries are handled through the contact route instead.
